Iced Coffee Beverage

You can satisfy your caffeine urge on these hot summer days, with this great cocktail .... and you certainly won't find this one at Starbucks!


Iced Coffee Cocktail - Wine Savant Style

1 cup brewed Seattle's Best Coffee - Chilled
2 oz. Absolut Vodka
1 oz. Paramount Butterscotch Schnapps
1 oz Frangelico
2 oz Half & Half or Heavy Cream
creme fraiche (optional)

Chill “cocktail” glasses. In a cocktail shaker add the first 3 ingredients and fill halfway with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Add coffee and cream and shake a second time. Using the strainer, divide the liquid between the 2 glasses and then remove the strainer to divide the ice cubes. Optional - spoon on a dab of freshly whipped creme fraiche for an appeailing finish. (Makes 2 servings)
